You don't have to be a swimmer to enjoy our low-impact, calorie-burning workouts. All classes begin with warm-up, move into a cardio/conditioning segment, and conclude with cool-down and relaxation.
We use our shallow water pool for jogging and exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body. . Many different types of gear are used from noodles to bar bells so that you get complete muscular and cardio-vascular exercise.![]()
